I read the supposed reviews about the site and the thing that gripes me is that they all say the same thing, not kind of, I mean word for word, which convinces me that they are all written by realwritingjobs.com, and the other thing is that they (the reviewers) don't tell you who they are and realwritingjobs.com doesn't say who they are, either, No address, no post office box, no nothing, and not even a phone number for you to call to check the validity of this supposed miracle of a job referral site. I imagine most unemployed people who wish to write would jump at that that same way I did, at first. They are taking advantage of the fact that people are desperate for work and using an email and a website with NO KNOWN address or contact information except the email link and the "GIVE US MONEY NOW" button entitled "signup today".

There actually is a Mitchell N. Kay, P.C. in New York City at 77 Penn St New York New York 10001 who has been the subject of LOTS of legal suits, including two class action suits. They drop the harrassment against the respondents on the law suit and promise not to contact them again and then go right back and get sued again. This man seems to work on the same principle as the people who can hack into your account and screw up your information, as in the movie "Changing Lanes", where someone with some cash like Ben Affleck's character did. There is also a scammer who uses a P.O Box, fake address in Smithtown, N.Y. to try to get people to unwittingly just pay him. If you call the phone number someone with an accent that sounds like they are in India answers the phone and is on a cell phone. They will verify your information until you ask for your Social Security Number. They make one up, at which point you tell them "THAT ISN'T ME!" and they will quickly tell you it must be a case of information theft. It is, and the person on the phone is the information thief. File a complaint with the better business department in New York State if you recieve one of these letters.

So it was as if "someone" had been at a business meeting being conducted using Robert's Rules of Order (Parliamentary procedure) and when the chairperson called for a vote (like they do in Congress), and said, "All in favor of funding the creation of a more meaty brand of Dog Food?" If you raised your hand and the vote got passed and the product was created, you could say you were (at least partly, which is what he probably should have said) responsible for it's creation. His statement, although self serving and pretentious, was NOT incorrect until it was misquoted and taken out of context. But that is not reporting - that is intentionally lying. Some people make a living off of lying, some of them are famous for it. Let's look at the whole statement instead of the 'Karl Rove type' version.

So, that means anyone who sweeps the floor at a weather channel station building is qualified to be a weatherman like if you are taken to the hospital in an ambulance that qualifies you to be a paramedic. He stood there and lied intentionally to the camera in order to help Senator John (the liar) McCain and now when he has to face the consequences (public diapproval, loss of business, etc.) he is whining. You will notice (A) his credits include that he works for another Rupert Murdoch station like Fox News and that NO ONE ELSE but FAUX NEWS (including his weather station employer) wants to even listen to this nonsense and B) This is their expert. His argument is, "Well, are you sure? I don't think so."
I tell you what. The next time you are on trial for murder and facing the death penalty, tell your lawyer to use, "I don't think so", as a defense, OK?
If you have ever tried to argue with a two year old that whatever they want is not theirs while they scream, "MINE!", then you are realising the same kind of logic in a, "I don't think so.", debate from someone who admitted to not being a scientist and that no one who "actually is" a scientist will even listen to his CRACKPOT ass or wants to waste the forty minute lecture on someone whose argument is going to result in as much sense as Emily Letilla on Saturday Night Live! Those of you who are too young or don't remember Emily from Saturday Night live, I will give you an exerpt from one the SNL shows:

But with the kind of conservatives that watch Fox News, they don't seem to get to the point that they say, "Never mind", or they seem to forget it was wrong. I said
that they 'seem' to not notice or 'somehow forget' that their argument was alreaday proven to be false and that it is was completely wrong. When someone proves to you in Black and White that something is completely false then you don't have to say, "Okay, I was wrong." You can go from person to person telling them this complete Horse **** until you find another person who is naiive enough to say, "Really? I didn't know that," and then they run around telling people what they heard from you and eventually they have expanded on the story. That is the heart and soul of propaganda which is the same thing as saying "False Rumor".
If only one news channel says something while everyone else is denying it, then, you might want to decide that the one news source maybe made a mistake or was wrong. Or you can run around telling other people the rumor while trying to convince yourself it was corect.
Ask yourself something else. If you found out that somethng you heard from everyone but one person was inconvenient to deal with and ONE person said different, would you believe that one person? A large group of Americans seem to believe so. You can't educate people who won't listen. Let me give an example: I.E. the alcoholic or addict. If you ask them what is going on in their life, they will tell you that they are fine, honest, upstanding human beings with moral and philosophical convictions galore and that they have NO PROBLEMS with Drugs or Alcohol, they are just going through a rough patch. Ask yourself, do you believe the one person compared to the many others? Some of you do. You want to listen to the voice in the wilderness who is completely delusional and seizes on every opportunity to lie.
That is why in internet classes in college the first thing that they teach is something called ETHICS and the first thing the teacher says is, "You must be certain that anything you say is HONEST! That is because no matter what you say, the first thing you say, no matter how many retractions is what people will remember. If you lie, they remember the lie, even if it is proven repeatedly that it is WRONG. That is how Tabloid Journalism works. The Enquirer says that there was a space alien baby found in a farmhouse in Southern Idaho and some people WANT to believe it, it is like they like being lied to. There is an old saying, "A lie can run completely around the world while before the truth is finished putting on it's shoes." If you say something on the internet you can't take it back, people will remember it and not believe anything else."

And since the White House staff of George Bush finally had to admit that Global Warming is real and that Fossil Fuels help create a danger to our environment, then where was FAUX NEWS when that was said? Why are there still people wandering around stating that "The Jury Is Still Out" on the case, when it comes to global warming. The other idiots are trying to act like Polar Bears drowning is normal and whole species of animals like "Flying Foxes" being wiped out is normal also.

Adolph Hitler's regime relied on propaganda to keep itself from being looked on as monstrous by the rest of the world. They sent out news messages constantly that were completely fictitious because the majority of people WANT to believe that things are peachy and that no one could possibly be lying to them. His propaganda minister was a man named Joseph Goebels. The saying that he will always be famous for was, "If you tell and lie big enough and keep telling it, the people will believe you." You have to remember the Nazis hated the "masses" like most conservative people do. They believe they are doing "the masses" a favor by lying to them and leading them since as Adolph Hitler stated in Mein Kampf, "...the masses are contemptable sheep that need to be led." Whenever anyone believes that they are superior, they think it is doing those below them a favor by "leading them" by whatever means necessary. They hide behind money religion or politics and think the rest of us are too beneath them to understand the truth as they believe it. Remember that.

Along with that description think about who you know who is told constantly by their "leaders" that they are superior to others because of their Religion, Race, and Intelligence. That is the basis of propaganda leadership and the heart and mind of the people known as "Facists".

There are hundreds of site out there that will debunk any rumor and it is better to listen to whatever THEY say is true since their whole commitment is to find the truth and they don't have any other financial or political motive to lie. Snopes.com is only for people who want the truth. If you want to live in your own world, don't ever check facts and continue to live in your own little world.

What one must remember is that everyone who can talk over you like a bully is not correct. One who controls both sides of an argument is doing so in order to lie. When someone stops the person who is validating his facts by interrupting with nonsense to keep from letting someone speak is someone you shouldn't really listen to. Those are manners of creating a "FALLACY" and there is a place to check those on the internet too. But those of you who are convinced that the saying, "Everyone is entitled to their own opinion better look at what Opinion is compared to fact. Debates aren't won on opinions, just facts because opinions are usually wrong, that is why they aren't called FACTS! And yes, you are entitled to be wrong, but don't expect me to knowingly join you. If you want to find out all about how tabloid news works, then read all of these: Fallacies and you will begin to recognise them while watching the news commentaries on Fox News. One of their biggest ones is when they 'imply' something rather than state it. This is done by asking the lie in the form of a quesion. "Do spacemonkey slaves from the future figure into the doctrine of the present presidential administration?" You will notice most FOX NEWS stories start out with a tabloid news question like that. It saves them from being sued since when taken to court they can say, "Well, I just asked the question, it was up to the public to decide the answer." They say this as if the rest of the story wasn't full of accusations instead of facts. This is like Rush Limbaugh saying, "How do we know these financial donations to the Red Cross aren't somehow ending up in the campaign fund for Barack Obama?", then when he got yelled at he said, "I never told anyone not to donate!" What is the difference, you slimey punk liar?

Any Chain Letter

I would hope most anyone on the internet has the capability to realise how stupid some people who create scams are. If we let them trap us, even a little, we are acting even stupider. There have for years been the "Sign this petition..." Scams that are completely fictitious. Those folks who create these are simply doing what is called a Phishing Scam. (as in Phishing for information) The reason the FTC can't stop these people is because we are signing up and standing in line to get our information stolen when we sign up. Every idiot that sends you one of these has already screwed you. You need to send them a smoking hot email with a copy of this report and tell them, "Listen, if you want all of your email, personal name, snail mail address, phone number, etc. stolen from you volunteering to be in line to get put on the report of all the telemarketing people, spammers, and other illegal and unsavory scam artists, go right ahead and bend over and smile, but I AM NOT GOING TO VOLUNTEER to take it in the shorts for these liars, so don't include me in a mass email to ANYONE or I will report you to the Federal Trade Commission ! ! !
They may be too naiive to understand but there won't be any worry about them when you block them from your email server. That way if they whine that you aren't acting like a friend anymore, you can let them know that THEY did this, not you.

Google Adwords Scams

There are some ads from a company that calls itself Blazing Keywords that "guarantees" that you can make hundreds of dollars a week posting ads on Google. They say it is a system. It is likened to a work from home job. The system is in two parts. The first part is the one where you sign up for a CD for about $1.97 , which I did.
The second part has a user agreement page they ask you to read. It occurred to me that many people don't read the page that tells you they are going to start charging you what they said was 68 dollars a month. I immediately went online and canceled the account as soon as I read this. So, you order one CD and they don't warn you, but when you go to the second CD order page for the second part of the system they ask you to read the User Agreement First. So, I did. It said they were going to start charging me 68 dollars plus fees to my account.
I immediately was upset and canceled everything as fast as their website would allow me bfore requesting the second CD. I was given an email reply within an hour of my original request. But, the next day they charged me $72 anyway.
I don't really need a system like that since I can read the instructions for posting ads on the Google Website for free. I went to my bank after seeing online that my account which was already pretty depleted was almost drained.
Below is a copy of the email that Blazing Keywords wrote back to me on that evening, assuring me that they would cancel any payments from my account. A few days later they had already drained the money from my bank account and left me almost broke. I went to my bank and filled out a statement of forgery/fraud so they will be confronted by my bank and asked to return the money. Blazing Keywords doesn't mention their name until later, when they thank you for signing up and start explaining what they are going to give you. I didn't even bother to read it all. I just want out and they are not acknowleging that they ever canceled the account. For all I know they might try to do it again and I will have to change my account number. The ad gives the impression that they are somehow teaching you shortcuts to advertising on Google that you couldn't find out yourself by reading the Google Adwords and Google Business Solutions. This is false, another scam.



Following is the copy of the email I got from the Blazing Keywords online program that I was charged for and that I reported in reference number Xxxxxxxxxxx that I emailed you about previously. I receieved an automated reply but would appreciate a real person calling me to explain why my account was charged when they said they canceled it. As is clearly stated, they canceled my account. Why was I then charged the next day? All I authorized payment for was a CD which I never recieved and at this point don't want anyway, since I can't don't want to be involved with this company who led me to believe they were connected with Google business programs which I WAS interested in. I will no longer click on any ads on google since they don't end up being part of the Google business team and are connected to automated server programs that tell you they are charging you for a two dollar CD and then start emptying your account. If at some point they make this right and return my money, I will print a retraction, but at this time, June 08, 2009, I haven't been reimbursed. Be careful as it seems Google doesn't monitor or try to regulate who they sell advertising to. You would assume that if it was an ad that was posted next to your browser search findings on Google's search engine, that Google would be reviewing their ads and answering complaints rather than Passing the Buck and trying to say, they aren't reponsible for ads written by others on their website.

New Version of the Same Scam

Does this guy really think we can't tell he asks for the same information and he is still lying about how his business works. Look at how he spelled United States and the word textile on the link for the phony homepage and then his email address has .comm in it. The sentence structure and spelling are all the information I need to be suspicious of this guy. Then he says, "Note: This Job is scams(?) free and legal as confirmed with (the?)FBI and otherlaw(?) enforcement agency(plural would be agencies)."

Another Hoax, same scam using different names.

This is pretty either sad or funny, I don't know how to feel. Someone else has changed the names for this hoax and thinks if they send it from a supposed different person that they can get everyone to buy the same scheme. Once again, they ask you to put the checks in your bank account and before they are found to be forgeries they hope you are stupid enough to believe they are sending you checks they could just deposit in their own account and want you to send them your actual money from your checking account.
